At Clàssic Arans we like to have breakfast the traditional way: with a fork. Before protein-rich oatmeal, gem-free omelettes, avocado toast, or pancakes (even though it isn't our intention to criticize it) came along, the first meal of the day was something else. It consisted in dipping bread, drinking wine and, from time to time, burning your tongue. That is why in our restaurant we have a menu to start the day with enough energy and to avoid snacking between meals: bread with tomato, potato omelette, pig's feet with snails, grilled sausage and fried eggs with bacon. A proposal to make sure not leave crumbs on the plate. And yes, you can repeat.
